Tortilla is about 190 kcal a piece. Despite my efforts I couldn’t find the full grain ones. All I found was a normal wheat tortilla with addition of full grains. Which is basically same shit, just posing as healthy, lol. So this one here is the regular one.
Inside: crispy lettuce, red bell pepper, tomatos, jalapenos, onion, and garlic tzatziki based on light greek yoghurt.
Made Caprese again few days ago and took a better photo. 1 medium tomato & 1 ball of light mozzarella, fresh basil on top. Chunks of fresh kohlrabi, cause I like it very much <3
Caprese (not)salad. One ball of light mozzarella and sliced tomato seasoned with salt and freshly ground pepper. Thinly sliced fresh basil on top is a must, cause it really makes a difference! My supper yesterday. Yes, like every geek I eat at my desk…
I am really enjoying this! Today’s dinner - oven cooked champignons. Cause I always loved mushrooms on a pizza, and this is sort of like that …only without the pizza, lol. Champignons are only 16 kcal per 100 g.
2 servings, as seen on the photo: 500 g of mushrooms, cleaned, 1 medium tomato, maybe 20 g of grana padano cheese, thinly sliced fresh basil and oregano, garlic/herbal salt and freshly ground pepper. Sprayed the form delicately with olive oil and tossed all in. Oven cooked without cover for 15-20 minutes, I don’t remember now. Served with veggies.
If I counted correctly, one serving is 250 kcal tops, and most of it is cheese and olive! Enjoy :-)
Made these for dinner, OMG yum! Had no idea vinegar can change that much. Used less salt and a bit more vinegar. Loving it.

Made the pizza again, but with turkey pepperoni instead of black olives and mushrooms. It’s a little more calorie dense because of the pepperoni, but still good! 233 calories per serving, and only about 12 or so carbs.
Reblogging, so I don’t lose this…
